Job summary

MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for regional runs out of our Dallas, TX terminal. We have two position types: solo at $0.60 per mile and team at $0.80 per mile, with 250+ mile routes and consistent weekly home time.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a $1,000 referral bonus, 99% no-touch freight, a full benefits package, and weekly pay via direct deposit. It is a W-2 company driver role with company equipment and dedicated dry van freight.

Regional / Per Mile

MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers out of our Dallas TX terminal. We have TWO position types open — pick the one that fits your life:

• $0.60 per mile for solo drivers.
• Runs 250+ miles — Western states.
• Consistent weekly home time.

Team drivers: ask about our $0.80 per mile team rate.

Potential Earnings

$70,000 – $100,000 per year — plus your $5,000 sign-on bonus. Steady, dedicated freight means consistent paychecks year-round, not feast-or-famine miles.

Both Positions Include

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience.
• Clean driving record — reliable and safety-focused.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English (FMCSA requirement) — bilingual is a plus.
• No special endorsements required.
• Must be able to work as a W-2 company driver.
