Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Cedar Falls, IA. The role offers weekly pay, a $1,500 weekly guarantee, and a $33.00 hourly rate with 40+ hours per week. The position covers mostly Midwest routes with occasional trips across the lower 48 states.

Riders provide 36 months+ trucks, 24/7 maintenance, and comprehensive benefits. Starting PTO, uniforms and boot allowance, 401(k) with company match, and maternity leave are among offered benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
