Job summary

Blue Streak seeks a skilled CDL Driver Class A to support underground utility operations. You will safely operate a range of commercial vehicles and transport equipment and materials to job sites.

Strong safety, compliance, and punctuality are essential, with duties including pre-trip inspections, on-site material handling, and accurate logging of deliveries and hours. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum 1 year of underground utility experience.
• Clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Experience with automotive repair or heavy equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate flatbeds, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers.
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
• Load and unload cargo with forklifts or equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain logs for mileage, hours of service, fuel usage, and inspections.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Assist underground crews with material handling on site.
