Job summary

ABC Supply, America’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a licensed CDL Driver to deliver ground and rooftop materials. You’ll ensure safety from the branch to the job site and document each delivery with photos. The job is labor-intensive and may involve warehouse tasks as needed.

You must have a valid CDL–Class A and be able to lift 75–100 pounds repeatedly, including roofing work. A pre-employment drug screen and random tests are required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A is required.
• Must be able to lift 75–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able and willing to work on rooftops (no fear of heights).
• Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are required.

Responsibilities

• Make ground and rooftop deliveries to customers.
• Ensure safety of deliveries from the facility to the job site.
• Document every delivery by taking and uploading photos with the phone system.
• Complete a thorough load check before leaving the branch; ensure materials are secured.
• Work with the Delivery Material Handler to place and unload materials.
• File logs and government paperwork accurately and timely.
• Provide the customer with an invoice on delivery and collect COD amounts.
• Warehouse tasks may be assigned, including loading/unloading materials.
• This role does not require over-the-road travel.
