Job summary

Shaw Industries is hiring a CDL Class A Driver (Part Time) for a day shift based out of Hanover, MD. The position offers a stable driving career with year-round freight, professionally maintained equipment, and a comprehensive benefits package. Typical start time is 5:00 AM, with 2–3 days per week.

You will drive for Shaw's private fleet and support a consistent, predictable schedule. Requirements include a valid CDL A, 24+ years old, and 2 of last 3 years (or 3 of last 5) of driving experience,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 24 years old.
• CDL Class A license is required.
• Have 2 of last 3 years of current commercial roadway driving experience, or 3 of last 5 years, or 2 years of heavy military vehicle driving experience.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks if needed.

Schedule

• 5:00 AM Start Time (2-3 Days Weekly)

Requirements

• Must be at least 24 years old.
• Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
• Have a minimum of 2 out of the last 3 years of current commercial roadway driving experience, or 3 out of the last 5 years of commercial roadway driving experience, or a minimum of 2 years of applicable heavy military vehicle driving experience.
• Have good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Be able to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks if needed.
