Job summary

Shared Medical Services is hiring a Class A CDL Driver to transport our mobile imaging trailer. This full-time, locally based role focuses on safe operation, routine setup/teardown, patient escort, and basic administrative duties across a rotating schedule with overnight lodging when needed.

You will work with a dedicated SMS team on a meaningful healthcare mission, enjoying a predictable schedule, premium equipment, and opportunities for professional growth within an employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid CDL Class A license.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
• Provide courteous, patient-focused service while operating mobile imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the mobile imaging trailer to medical facilities along a dedicated route.
• Set up and tear down the mobile unit at each location.
• Escort patients from the facility to the mobile unit and ensure comfort and safety.
• Handle light administrative tasks including time/activity reports, billing forms, drivers’ logs, and inspection records.
