Job summary

UNFI is the leading distributor of conventional, natural, organic, and specialty products across the United States and Canada, seeking a Class A CDL Driver to support the Boise Distribution Center. You will deliver palletized products to corporate and independent retailers, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and ensure accuracy of orders and paperwork.

The role requires a current Class A CDL, the ability to pass a road test, and demonstrated experience with tractor-trailer operations, safety

Qualifications

• Must have a current Commercial Driver’s License, Class A.
• Ability to pass a road test.
• Prior tractor-trailer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and unloading products using tractor-trailer and related equipment.
• Operate vehicle safely per UNFI guidelines and DOT rules.
• Report any accidents immediately to the Transportation Manager/Department.
• Keep vehicles maintained and report defects using DCVR form.
• Complete related paperwork and time cards accurately.
• Resolve customer problems and ensure orders match the original.
• Support back hauls and vendor pickups with proper documentation.
