Blue Trucking is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for full-time W-2 company positions with consistent freight and weekly pay. Routes may be local, regional, or OTR based on location, with home time determined by account and dispatch support for a smooth operation.

Expect modern equipment, automatic transmissions, and a full benefits package including medical and vision insurance, PTO, bonuses, fuel card, and orientation support.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required with at least 3 months of verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Acceptable driving and safety record.
• No recent DUI, DWI, or drug- or alcohol-related violations.
• Meet all company and insurance requirements.
• Home time, running area depends on location.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A tractor-trailer in local, regional, or OTR routes as assigned.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with company policies.
• Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and routing.
• Manage logs and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to fuel efficiency and safe on-time deliveries.
