Job summary

Valley View Agri is seeking an OTR Truck Driver to ensure safe, timely transport of goods across the United States. You will operate tractor trailers, perform routine vehicle inspections, and maintain compliance with DOT regulations to minimize risks and deliver with professionalism.

The role requires CDL Class A, a clean driving record, and ability to handle loading/unloading as needed. Knowledge of GPS/ELD devices and strong communication with dispatchers will support efficient routes.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A and clean driving record.
• Proven truck driving experience.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.
• Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and safety inspections.
• Physical ability to handle loading and unloading tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policies to ensure safety and legal operation of the vehicle.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and delivery records as required by law.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
