The role features an annual salary starting at $75,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities, a safety-focused environment, and full-time hours. Expect early start times between 2:00–4:00 AM, long days, and a strong emphasis on DOT compliance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure loads per DOT regulations and load securement policies.
• Follow DOT weight and truck weighing requirements.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document findings (DVIR).
• Ensure delivery paperwork, logs, and inspections are completed accurately and timely.
• Operate commercial vehicles safely and professionally while following regulations.
• Maintain high levels of customer service during deliveries.
