Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Class A CDL driver for a 3rd shift role in a large-scale engineering, repair, and logistics environment. Responsibilities include inspecting trucks, documenting logs, loading/unloading cargo, and ensuring secure transit while maintaining excellent customer service.

The position offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Qualified candidates have 2+ years of delivery-driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to adhere to DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires a commercial driver’s license (Class A CDL) and appropriate endorsements.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card and maintain a complete US DOT driver qualification file.
• 2+ years recent commercial delivery-driving experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Capacity to demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the truck pre- and post-trip.
• Accurately complete vehicle inspection sheets and logs.
• Ensures all cargo is loaded and secured during transit.
• Assists with loading/unloading of cargo to ensure secure transit.
• Obtains signatures on shipping/receiving documents.
