Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for home-daily local routes. You will operate 53’ tractors, perform pre-trip inspections, and communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries. The schedule runs Thursday to Saturday nights, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and overtime after 40 hours.

You must have at least 6 months of CDL experience, be 21+, and hold a valid CDL A with a clean MVR. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of CDL experience operating the same type of equipment or larger in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid CDL A license with a safe MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience moving multiple types of trailers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive 53’ tractor trailer in and around the site or on public roads.
• Drop Hook operations and safe driving practices.
• Perform routine inspections and communicate with dispatch.
• Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices.
