Job summary

Penske Logistics in Delaware, OH is seeking motivated CDL Class A truck drivers for full-time Home Daily routes. You will drive late-model Penske trucks, delivering parts to automotive dealerships and maintaining a professional, courteous presence with customers.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, up to $2,500 in safety incentives, and comprehensive benefits including health care, retirement plans, and paid vacation from day one. You will be home daily with a predictable schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal/state laws and company rules
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential
• English language proficiency required
• Background investigation and drug screening required
• Role is safety-sensitive per DOT regulations

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using electric and manual pallet jacks
• 20 stops per week
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
