Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Driver (CDL Class A) to safely operate CMVs, transport equipment and materials to project sites, and maintain DOT compliance.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, document DVIRs, and uphold safety standards on each assignment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid CDL Class A license, 3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience, and a current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class A license.
• 3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate unwavering safety compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Safely operate Class A CMVs to transport equipment, materials, and supplies to project sites.
• Perform pre-trip, enroute, post-trip, and periodic vehicle inspections per FMCSA and company rules.
• Complete DOT documentation (DVIRs, ELD, HOS) accurately and on time.
• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and report defects or safety concerns.
• Ensure loads are secured and transported in compliance with cargo regulations.
• Handle outbound functions: selecting, packing, and shipping orders.
• Handle inbound functions: receiving and put-away of products.
• Maintain familiarity with the job location and surrounding areas.
