Job summary

Freedom Transportation, Inc. is hiring Class A CDL drivers for the Amazon Freight Partner Program in Kansas. You will deliver local routes with Amazon equipment, stay out on daily shifts, and return home after each shift. Starting pay is $22–$25 per hour with benefits, including health coverage and paid time off.

You must be 21+, hold a valid Class A CDL, pass the DOT physical, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. English proficiency required; occasional night/weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid Class A CDL.
• Must pass DOT physical.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• No current CDL suspension or revocation.
• Clean MVR & DAC report.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to learn and operate GPS and handheld technology.
• Comfortable working nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver local routes using Amazon equipment on daily trips.
• Have home time after every shift with consistent 40+ hours per week.
• Work for a local transportation partner serving Amazon.
• Ensure on-time delivery to customers with accuracy.

Home Daily, Class A CDL

Compensation: Starting pay $22-$25per hour + benefits

Shifts:Solo 1 and Solo 2 shifts available

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for our rapidly expanding needs. Freedom Transportation, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, motivated Class A CDL drivers based out of Olathe, KSfor the Amazon Freight Partner Program. As a CDL Driver, you will deliver, usingAmazon Equipmentandtechnology, on daily, local routes that have youhome after each shift. Our deliveries vary from 100% no touch freight (drop and hook only) to live loads. These local routes are roughly 300-500 miles round tripYou will not be employed by Amazon, instead, you will be working directly for a local transportation company that partners with Amazon.

What you’ll do: As a CDL Driver, you will play a key role in keeping our commitment to exceed customer expectations and ensuring customer orders, large or small, are delivered on time and at the right place.You can expect to have consistent year around work with minimum of 40 hours per week and home after every shift.

What you’ll need:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Must Successfully Pass DOT Physical
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records
• No current CDL suspension or revocation
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & good DAC Report
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to effectively learn and operate a GPS
• Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications
• Must be comfortable working nights andSaturday or Sunday
