Job summary

4-Horn Industrial is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to join our Houston Delivery team in La Porte, TX. You will load and deliver trench safety equipment between branches and client sites, operate an F-450 and gooseneck trailer, and help ensure on-time, safe, and accurate equipment movement.

You must pass a DOT physical, have at least one year of commercial truck driving, maintain a clean driving record, and be willing to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A CDL.
• Must pass DOT Physical and drug/alcohol screenings.
• Minimum of 1 year of commercial truck driving experience.
• Must maintain a clean driving record for insurance purposes.
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• Basic understanding of truck maintenance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Loads/unloads equipment, delivering between branch and client locations.
• Liaises with customers and branch departments to meet delivery expectations.
• Produce service tickets, time sheets, and other documentation accurately and timely.
• Complete DOT inspections, logs and required documentation as required by law.
• Act as safety ambassador and ensure all driving/work is performed safely.
• Maintain truck appearance and report vehicle deficiencies to management.
• Pursue ongoing job-related training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
