Job summary

Penske is actively seeking immediate opportunities for full-time Class A CDL truck drivers based in Washington and Idaho. You’ll earn $34.75 per hour with overtime after 40 hours and can average about $126,000 annually.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for qualified candidates. Benefits include vacation, retirement plans, comprehensive health coverage, disability and life insurance, uniforms, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required; applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Current or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card is required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• Three years DMV/MVR with two or fewer violations or accidents.
• Compliance with federal/state laws and company safety standards.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• English language proficiency required by federal law.
• Work the required schedule at the specified location and pass background and drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletized grocery freight throughout WA and ID.
• Light-touch freight to end of trailer with electric pallet jack; no hand unload.
