Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Oceanside, CA is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for a full-time overnight schedule (Mon-Fri, 3-5 AM). You will safely operate a commercial vehicle, deliver products to customers, unload, and perform pre/post-trip inspections while using Pit/MHE equipment as needed.

Requirements include 1+ years Class A driving or military equivalent, valid CDL, ability to lift 25-50 lbs, and being at least 21. Benefits include Union, Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, and Vacation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Class A driving experience or equivalent military driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle and deliver products to customers.
• Unload and deliver products to local customers; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Operate PIT or MHE such as electric pallet jack/hand truck.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position responsibilities:

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.
• This role will be responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
• This role will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
