Here is what you can expect on a typical day as a CDL Driver on our team at Mauser Packaging Solutions:

• Safety is a top priority at Mauser. We will do everything we can to ensure you are safe in our facilities, in our trucks and everywhere in between.
• We take pride in our safe, timely, and accurate delivery to every customer. Our customers routinely track this information and so do we.
• No micromanaging here! Most of the day you will be in your vehicle, driving, scheduling, routing and managing your daily activities, acting as your own boss.
• Supportive Team.Everyone plays a vital role here as we strive to reach our goals and deliver an excellent product. Need something? Just ask!
• Work/Life balance. Need to tweak your schedule to be home for the recital? Caring for an elderly relative and need a slightly later start in the mornings? We will do our best to work with your schedule.

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• At least 23 years old
• Minimum1-year on the road experience
• Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration
• No More than 1 DOT recordable accident in last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
• No DUIs in last 5 years
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
• A Hazardous Materials Endorsement on CDL is preferred but not required.
• Maintains all required company paperwork.
• Follows all State & Federal regulations per Department of Transportation standards.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to comply with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.).
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work any shift and work time as needed.
• Must be able to maintain an acceptable attendance record.
