Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a CDL Class A Driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and deliver products to our customers in the Corpus Christi area.

The role includes unloading, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and occasional use of PIT/MHE like electric pallet jacks. At least 1 year of Class A driving is required, along with a valid CDL and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly. 21+ years old.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Class A driving or equivalent driving experience (military).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL Class A vehicle safely and professionally and deliver products to customers.
• Unload and deliver products to local customers; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Safely operate PIT/MHE such as electric pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Position responsibilities:

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.

• This role will be responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle

• This role will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License

• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
