Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) seeks a CDL Class A Delivery Merchandiser to efficiently deliver beverages to customer locations, stock shelves, and maintain displays with rotation standards. You will serve as the ambassador for the world’s recognized brands while upholding safety and compliance on a fast-paced route.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate inventory control, and daily vehicle inspections, with potential weekend/holiday shifts and exposure to varying work environments.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Deliver products to customers on assigned route.
• Stock, merchandise, and rotate products on displays and in coolers.
• Maintain Coca-Cola stock and rotate products.
• Set up and maintain merchandise displays and promotions.
• Ensure clean appearance of equipment and a safe work environment.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform daily Pre-trip and Post-trip inspections on vehicles.

Job Overview

The CDL Class A Delivery Merchandiser is responsible for efficiently delivering products to customer locations in a courteous, professional, compliant, safe, and timely manner. In this role, the Driver Merchandiser is also responsible for stocking products on shelves and in coolers while ensuring that appropriate rotation standards are maintained. This fast-paced position will stock and face products on shelves, displays, and in coolers and serve as an ambassador of our company and the world's most recognized brands.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliverproducts to customers on assigned route
• Fill, merchandise, and rotateproduct on displays and in cold drink equipment, according to Company standards
• Maintainand organizeCoca-Cola stock as needed, picking up damaged and date products including empty shells and pallets
• Setup and maintain merchandise and sales promotion displays
• Ensurethe neat appearance of all Coca-Cola Consolidated equipment and product in assigned accounts and maintaina safe work environment
• Fosterrelationships with account personnel and providesuperior customer service to all customers and accounts serviced
• Ensureproper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily; performdaily Pre-trip and Post-trip inspections on assigned vehicles
• Performother duties as assigned

• Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis
• Past job performance must reflect dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound Judgment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced continuous lifting environment
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. of product repetitively
• Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
• Availability to work some weekends and some holidays
• Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent safety record
• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English to perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CDL permit and the ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Work environment will vary, including but not limited to exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled
