Craft Massachusetts in Everett, MA is seeking a CDL Class A Delivery Driver for local routes. You will operate single tractor-trailers with automatic transmissions, supported by a Delivery Helper, focusing on safe, efficient delivery and product quality.

The role is full-time, hourly, non-exempt, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting early morning; pay range is $30–$39 per hour plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL with no air brake restrictions.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating tractor-trailers.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Weekday schedule with early start times (5:15 AM; 2:00–6:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic laws.
• Deliver pre-sold products to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and store products in dry and refrigerated areas.
• Ensure pallets are secure for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required.
• Load and unload as needed with dunnage and pallets.
• Maintain courteous and professional attitude toward customers and team.
• Complete the DVIR to report maintenance needs.

Job Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:15am - 2:00pm - 6:00pm; depending on route and daily workload

Pay Range: $30.00 - $39.00/hr

Objective: CDL Class A Delivery Drivers are responsible for safely operating our single tractor trailers —all equipped with automatic transmissions. Each route is supported by a Delivery Helper to assist with unloading and navigation. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and professional delivery service while upholding product quality standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report any maintenance or repair needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age. This is a legal requirement to transport alcohol.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with no air brake restrictions (L or Z).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating tractor-trailers.
• Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5:15 AM; end times may vary between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM depending on route and delivery volume.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.

• Must be able to lift approximately 55 lbs (e.g., two cases of beer).
• Must be able to operate a two-handed hand truck on inclines and stairs.
• Requires frequent walking up and down stairs and inclines.
• Must have sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties safely and effectively.
