AMCON Distributing Company, Inc. is hiring a CDL Class A Delivery Driver to transport goods to retail partners. The role emphasizes safe driving, on-time deliveries, and excellent customer service, with a 4-day work week from Tuesday to Friday.

You will verify deliveries, maintain logs, and coordinate with store personnel while complying with all safety rules and company policies. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL with Class A or B endorsements.
• Valid CDL DOT Medical Card.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and defensive driving.
• Physical fitness for repetitive lifting and loading.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with paperwork and deliveries.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to retail partners.
• Follow routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Unload products and secure items to prevent damage.
• Verify quantities and reconcile with invoices and delivery documents.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain delivery logs including mileage and fuel use.
• Provide professional customer service to store personnel.
• Inspect delivery vehicle and report issues or damage.
• Record returns and manage rejected items per procedures.
