Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A vehicle and follow DOT rules and safety standards.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Secure and verify loads before departure.
• Deliver products on assigned routes and schedules.
• Rotate product, collect returns, and manage inventory tasks.
• Review invoices and process payments; ensure accuracy of deliveries.
• Communicate issues promptly to the Delivery Supervisor.
• Complete end-of-day reconciliation and delivery documentation.
• Maintain truck and trailer cleanliness and road readiness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Daily Pay: $173-$211 + Commission

What You'll Do

As a CDL Delivery Driver, you'll play a critical role in delivering products safely and efficiently while providing outstanding service to our customers. Drivers operate primarily as one-person delivery units and are responsible for ensuring accurate, timely deliveries throughout their assigned routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle while complying with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Secure and verify all loads prior to departure.
• Deliver products according to assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Rotate product and collect empty containers, damaged merchandise, and out-of-code products.
• Review invoices, process payments, and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Communicate delivery issues or customer concerns promptly to the Delivery Supervisor.
• Complete end-of-day reconciliation for inventory, accounts receivable, and delivery documentation.
• Maintain product integrity throughout deliveries by minimizing breakage and properly securing loads.
• Keep assigned truck and trailer clean and well maintained.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Clean driving record that meets company and DOT requirements.
• 1 yearof delivery, transportation, or distribution experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to accurately read invoices, pricing information, and delivery documents.
• Comfortable using smartphones, delivery applications, and mobile technology.
• Dependable, organized, and safety-minded with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements

This position is active and requires:

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, squatting, and stooping.
• Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 48 pounds.
• Operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Working in warehouse and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, extended hours, and peak-season schedules as business needs require.
