Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Penns Grove, NJ, is hiring a Class A or B CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join a safety-conscious team. You will perform vacuum and hydroblasting operations, run high-pressure pumps, and supervise a small crew as needed at client sites across services lines.

Required qualifications include a CDL with manual transmission capability, TWIC or ability to obtain, and HAZMAT/Tanker endorsements preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A or B with no restrictions; manual transmission permitted.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• TWIC required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Willing to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for policies and procedures during operations.
• Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment as needed.
• Run special equipment such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
• Operate pumping and cleaning equipment on job sites.
• Conduct pre/post trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Transport equipment and personnel to client sites.
• Provide field maintenance and support as required.
• Supervise a small crew of vacuum technicians when needed.
