Job summary

Cinterra in Hope Mills, NC is seeking an experienced Pipeline Foreman to oversee natural gas crews, manage field operations, and ensure safety and quality on large projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive natural gas pipeline construction experience and strong leadership skills.

This role requires the ability to train crew members in safety policies, coordinate with inspectors and customers, and maintain thorough project documentation on site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of natural gas experience in steel pipeline fabrication/installation and PE installation.
• Experience with excavator operation and natural gas fusion or welding.
• Class A CDL license required.
• Ability to manage large projects with 8+ employees on site.
• Ability to complete required paperwork (timesheets, as-builts, production reports, etc.).
• Ability to train crew members in safety policies and practices.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ability to supervise daily operations and monitor site safety.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and endure strenuous labor.
• Excellent stamina for long periods of work on site.
