Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring for a local Class C driver responsible for on-time deliveries to restaurant customers while maintaining strict safety and DOT compliance. The role reports to a nationwide distribution network with a focus on precise, efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Each shift involves loading/unloading, paperwork accuracy, and daily vehicle inspections. Home daily with benefits after 30 days, and weekly pay as part of a 24/7 operation in Texas.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-C license is required.
• At least 1 year of box truck driving with touch freight experience.
• Ability to lift 5–75+ lbs and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers).
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch and stores.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
• Must read and speak English as required by DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class C straight box truck on local routes, solo.
• Pickup and/or deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers.
• Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks; touch freight on every shift.
• Complete vehicle inspections and submit accurate paperwork.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team members.
• Handle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveries are compliant.
