Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a dependable Bus Driver to support our solar construction projects. This field-based role safely transports employees to and from parking areas to the onsite location and provides general labor/site support when not driving.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, maintaining clean vehicles, and following safety standards. CDL and a clean driving record are required, with prior commercial driving or construction site experience preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Acceptable driving record per company and DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company buses to transport employees to and from parking areas to the onsite work location.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly buses.
• Follow DOT, company, and site-specific safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding schedules, delays, or maintenance needs.
• Provide general labor and site support including material staging, assembly, and installation assistance.
• Assist with jobsite housekeeping, debris removal, and logistics.
