Job summary

MV Transportation is hiring CDL Drivers to operate a transit vehicle safely and provide reliable public transportation. The role includes a $2,500 bonus paid over the first 180 days and full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance for qualified candidates). Training available for Airbrake and Passenger Endorsements.

Walk-in Welcome Wednesday from 10am–12pm and 1pm–3pm at 1785 Highway 80 West, Jackson, MS 39213. The starting rate is $17.18 per hour, with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• CDL required; DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to navigate service areas and assist passengers.

Responsibilities

• On-time passenger pickup and delivery.
• Provide safe, reliable public transportation and excellent customer service.
• Ensure vehicle readiness with pre/post trip inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch via two-way radio.
• Maintain safety and professional appearance at all times.
