Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate in English related to FMCSA rules and safety.
• Must obtain FMCSA physical certification within 60 days of entry.
• Must obtain Class A CDL for Interstate driving within 60 days of entry.
• Two years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
• Hazmat certification where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate diesel-powered tractor-trailers safely and efficiently for local/regional deliveries.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and complete required paperwork per FMCSA and company policy.
• Plan trips, load/unload pallets, and coordinate with customers and sales team.
• Use pallet jacks and load equipment, ensure cargo security and on-time deliveries.
• Handle post-shift tasks including securing equipment and updating records.
