hth companies in Indiana seeks a CDL Driver/Laborer to operate vacuum and waterblast trucks and support field crews across our Midwest territories.

You will maintain logs, perform safety inspections, assist with equipment, and follow DOT regulations, contributing to a safe, efficient operation while upholding our merit-based, teamwork-driven culture. Applicants should be prepared for physical work and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have a commercial drivers license, Class B.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills and must be able to read and write in English.
• Basic interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Drives and operates vacuum trucks, waterblast trucks, and other commercial vehicles to and from project sites.
• Obeys traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintains accurate driving logs and hours in compliance with company policy and DOT guidelines.
• Completes vehicle inspection reports to ensure vehicle and equipment are safe to operate before leaving sites and stays within DOT compliance.
• Immediately report all accidents, near misses, and injuries to the Safety Manager or Supervisors on site.
