Work a 40‑hour week, Monday–Friday, with start times between 4:00 and 7:00 AM and home daily. You’ll operate a straight truck handling medical supplies with safety as a priority, and Ryder provides 24/7 roadside maintenance, PTO from day one, uniforms, boot allowance, a 401(k) match, and trucks that are 36 months or newer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle checks including drug/alcohol verification for the last 3 years.
• Must have Class A or Class B CDL endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
