Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CDL B Truck Driver located in Sterling Heights, MI. The CDL B Truck Driver will be responsible for operating waste and recycling collection vehicles safely and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include completing scheduled routes, safely loading and unloading waste materials, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The driver will also interact with customers to provide excellent service and address any concerns.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL B driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating waste and recycling collection vehicles
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects
• Previous experience in the waste management industry is a plus
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
