Job summary

Eagle Bus Service is seeking an experienced School Bus Driver to transport elementary, middle, and high school students in Charlotte, NC. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday on a split morning/afternoon route, about 30 hours per week, with pay at $20 per hour and weekly W-2 payroll.

Candidates must hold CDL Class B with Passenger and School Bus endorsements, maintain a clean driving record per company policy, and comply with state requirements.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.
• Clean driving record: ≤1 moving violation in last 12 months; ≤3 in last 5 years; no DWI in past 5 years; no license suspensions in past 5 years.
• Resident NC: must provide driving record from former state if living in NC <5 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive the school bus to pick up and drop off students on established routes.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain bus cleanliness and safety.
• Enforce rules, manage student behavior, and document incidents.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management.
