Job summary

CJ Schwan's Company is immediately hiring a local CDL Class B route representative in Michigan. You will sell and deliver products, place orders, and merchandise to ensure our products are available on store shelves.

Role includes early morning starts and occasional weekends on an assigned route. The job requires a Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds while complying with DOT rules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to meet medical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver product to stores and merchandise to ensure shelf availability.
• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Unload products, place them in the back room, and collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology to complete daily sales tasks and maintain DOT compliance.
