Safety-Kleen in Kent, OH is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee (Driver Class B Trainee). This role will train to drive a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products/services on a defined route.

Qualifications

• Obtain a CDL B within 180 days of employment (company paid).
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 30 days of CDL B.
• Independent work style with time and productivity management.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Physical requirements as per job.
• Background check, drug test, and physical as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups on time.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer sites.
• Complete documentation and labeling as required.
• Generate leads and sell products to existing accounts.
• Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with DOT and company rules.
