Job summary

Crystal Clean is hiring a Sales & Service Representative to drive revenue and deliver on-site parts washing and drum pickup services. The role emphasizes customer engagement, equipment operation, and safety compliance while expanding service offerings.

The SSR role includes meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, and leveraging state-of-the-art equipment to deliver efficient, high-quality service with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class B required or in possession.
• Medical Card and HAZMAT certifications preferred or required.
• Experience in route sales is a plus.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth with new and existing customers.
• Provide services at client facilities including waste/drum handling.
• Follow safety guidelines and minimize travel time.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and seek new opportunities.
• Meet sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
