Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a CDL-B Route Service Driver to service portable sanitation equipment and related assets. You will perform daily routes, maintain cleanliness of units, and ensure timely delivery and pickup while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include on-site repairs, equipment moves, and interacting with customers to recommend additional services. A valid Class B CDL and DOT driving experience are required, with some weekend work possible.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL driver\'s license with safe driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years DOT-regulated commercial driving experience.
• Ability to mount/dismount trucks multiple times daily.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair portable restroom units on site as necessary.
• Provide onsite moves of equipment, and pick-up/delivery as requested.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles; maintain logs.
• Load and unload units; fuel vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Maintain professional customer contact and communication with dispatcher.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures; work independently if required.
• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers; other duties as assigned.
