Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a Class B Route Delivery Driver in Eagan, MN. You will operate a company vehicle to transfer freight safely and efficiently to and from customer locations by a scheduled time, unloading, sorting, palletizing, and reloading freight as required.

This role emphasizes customer service and safety, with pre/post-trip inspections and compliance with DOT regulations, serving local daily routes from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain - renewals reimbursable.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 traffic violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Delivers and/or picks up freight to/from customer locations and/or a terminal as instructed by dispatch or the immediate supervisor.
• Ensures all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection and appropriate paperwork accompanies the shipment to the delivery point.
• Loads and/or unloads a wide variety of freight onto and off a company motor vehicle, at customer locations and at the terminal, with or without mechanical assistance depending on the size of freight.

Skills

Valid Class B CDL

Age 21+

1 year commercial driving experience

Clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in 3y
