TransForce is seeking a CDL B Driver to support local operations based in Swedesboro, New Jersey. The role offers steady work with a driver-focused team and a schedule from Monday to Friday with early start times.

Shifts run 3 AM–5 AM, 10–12 hours per day, with some Saturday work possible. Compensation is $24 per hour plus weekly pay between $1,000 and $1,300, with local route responsibilities and palletized product handling.

Qualifications

• CDL B license and 1+ years driving experience required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major violations in last 3 years.
• Must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 26' trucks with automatic transmissions.
• Transport meats in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform required handling tasks including bringing product to the tail of the truck (palletized; up to 36 lbs per box).
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.

CDL BRoute Driver MinimumRequirements:

• License:CDL B
• Experience:1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL BRoute Driver Responsibilities:
