Job summary

Primo Brands in Buffalo, NY, is hiring a Flexible FT Route Service Delivery Driver to provide premium service to customers while safely operating a CMV. The role includes upselling, managing accounts, and adhering to safety policies. Start times range from 6am-7am, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential Saturdays based on business needs.

Compensation is $61,160 per year plus weekly tips. The position offers comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, life and disability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable positions).
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Able to work independently and in varying weather conditions.
• Must meet physical demands including lifting up to 60 lbs and frequent vehicle entry/exit.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers; upsell where appropriate.
• Deliver correct products to scheduled locations within specified times.
• Maintain accurate delivery information and cash/receipts across accounts.
• Adhere to safety policies and company guidelines; support team decisions.
