Job summary

Titan Florida is seeking a CDL Class B driver to safely operate and deliver perishable materials to customers, while maintaining quality service and vehicle readiness. The role requires adherence to DOT regulations, accurate paperwork, and collaboration with dispatch and maintenance teams.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of CDL driving experience, a clean record, and a safety-conscious mindset. Willingness to work flexible shifts and outdoor conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL and a clean driving record.
• Professional and courteous attitude with customers and team.
• Safety conscious for self and others.
• Able to pass pre-employment process including DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR.
• Minimum one year of driving experience with CDL.
• Experience in ready-mix or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate truck in accordance with regulations.
• Load and deliver perishable product to customers and provide quality service.
• Assist with plant maintenance, cleanup and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Complete required pre and post trip inspections and report maintenance.
• Operate truck to receive loads and discharge material at job sites, keeping truck clean.
• Complete forms and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Communicate with dispatch, maintenance and plant management to ensure smooth information flow.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for driving.
• Perform repetitive movements and basic physical tasks as required.
