Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Class B CDL Truck Driver in Webster, NY, offering weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The role provides a 40+ hour workweek, with an hourly wage of $24.00 and a safety bonus of $750 semi-annually.

Training is provided, and the schedule runs Monday through Friday with start times at 7:30 AM. Candidates must be at least 21, possess a valid CDL with endorsements, pass Ryder's drug test and background checks over the last 3 years, and complete a DOT physical and road

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid CDL with endorsements for the position.
• Class A or Class B verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• DOT physical and drug test required.
• DOT road test and background check from the last 3 years.
• Experience options: 9 months in past 3 years OR 2 years in past 5 years OR 5 years in past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading if required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
