Express Employment Professionals of Neosho is seeking an experienced CDL-B driver to support our logistics operations, delivering goods to manufacturing plants and distribution centers. You will operate trucks, perform pre-trip checks, and ensure timely arrivals.

The role requires routing, compliance with trucking laws, long hours, and regular travel. We offer benefits and a supportive team that matches your driving skills with steady assignments.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a truck driver.
• Hands on experience with GPS, AVL units, CB and similar equipment.
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
• Extensive knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations.
• Adaptability to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather).

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles driven and retain fuel/toll receipts
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as company policies
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Report defects, accidents or violations
