Job summary

Coastal Sunbelt Produce is seeking a driver to manage daily routes, loading and unloading products at stops, and delivering to customers. You will work within a cross-dock model, loading trucks at night and returning empties to the dock, with occasional loading assistance and palletizing tasks.

The ideal candidate has route delivery experience, a valid CDL, and strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and documentation per DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer relations and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and organize work activities with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of product and inventory control procedures is a plus.
• Basic arithmetic and ability to handle money when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Run routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
• Unload product from trailer by hand or hand cart and place in designated areas.
• Lift 1–75 lb, up to 100 lb, and handle pallets and carts in varying weather.
• Verify delivery with customers and obtain signatures; communicate discrepancies to management.
