Qualifications

• Positive, dependable attitude with strong customer service.
• Valid Driver’s License and CDL Class B certification required.
• Accident‑free driving record with safe driving practices.
• Strong knowledge of Chicago and surrounding areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and load/unload pallets.
• English comprehension and communication.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Experience with moving and storage operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles throughout the greater Chicago metropolitan area delivering and servicing customers.
• Assist with loading, packing, and inventorying deliveries; ensure secure packaging for transport.
• Maintain vehicle supplies, perform basic vehicle checks, and report mechanical issues.
• Read maps and follow directions to efficiently navigate routes.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage, fuel receipts, and paperwork.
• Communicate delays or issues to Shipping Supervisor by phone or other approved method.
