Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a safe and reliable Driver- CDL (B) to operate a collection truck and provide prompt waste removal services to customers in the Greenville, SC area. You will ensure compliance with safety standards, complete daily vehicle condition reports, and follow all company and regulatory requirements while delivering courteous service.

The role emphasizes pre/post inspections, adherence to route sheets, and proper handling of waste while maintaining professional interactions

Qualifications

• Valid Class B or higher Commercial Driver's license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle per policy.
• Safely operate the heavy truck on designated routes to service customers.
• Read route sheet, follow map and service each customer as identified.
• Load refuse using manual/automatic controls and dispose at the facility.
• Tag containers per procedures and report unsatisfactory waste.
• Maintain vehicle and safety standards and complete required reports.
