Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt waste removal services. The role requires ensuring the vehicle meets safety standards and that all regulations are followed.

You will complete daily vehicle condition reports and work with dispatch to service customers efficiently. Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, route driving, loading waste, and maintaining a professional presence with customers and the team.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle.
• Safely operate a collection truck along designated route and service each customer.
• Load refuse using care and operate the packer blade to disposal site.
• Interact professionally with customers, dispatchers and coworkers.
• Complete required reports and adhere to safety policies.
