Job summary

Allan Myers Inc. is seeking experienced CDL B dump truck drivers to support site work, grading, mass excavation, mainline pipe installation, processed water projects, milling and paving operations in heavy civil construction.

The ideal candidate has at least two (2) years of safe dump truck driving experience and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency in hauling operations. You will load and haul materials, follow routes and safety policies, perform daily vehicle checks and maintain logs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CDL B dump truck experience in heavy civil construction.
• Valid CDL B with clean record; CDL A is a plus.
• Experience hauling materials for site work and paving.
• Strong knowledge of DOT rules, weight limits, and truck safety.
• Physically demanding work in varied weather.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials between sites.
• Support grading, excavation, and paving by hauling materials.
• Load, unload, and ensure proper weight distribution.
• Follow routes and DOT regulations; maintain safety policies.
• Inspect trucks daily and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain logs of deliveries, mileage, and loads.
