Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience operating a CDL B dump truck in heavy civil construction.
Valid CDL B license with clean driving record; CDL A is a plus.
Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
Experience hauling materials for site work, grading, excavation, or paving preferred.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and weight limits.

Responsibilities

Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials between job sites.
Support grading, excavation, pipe installation, processed water, milling, and paving operations by hauling materials.
Load and unload materials with proper weight distribution and adherence to load limits.
Follow haul routes and traffic laws, complying with safety policies and DOT regulations.
Inspect trucks daily for safety and perform basic maintenance.
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project teams.
Maintain logs of deliveries, mileage, and material loads.
